The Development Assessment Panel (DAP) will determine development applications that meet set type and value thresholds as if it were the responsible authority under the relevant planning instrument, such as the local planning scheme or region planning scheme.

DAP Presentation Request Template
Persons interested in presenting to a DAP meeting are required to submit a Presentation Request Template no less than 72 hours prior to a meeting.
