Online Form - Australia Day Fireworks Event- Food Vendors Expression of Interest

The Australia Day Fireworks event is on Wednesday 26 January 2022 from 5.30pm-9:00pm at Kevin Scott Oval South Hedland. The event will attract roughly 2000 attendees celebrating the day with live music, family friendly movie and activities and of course a spectacular fire work display to close the event. 

No fees involved for vendors to trade. Power will be supplied by the Town of Port Hedland. 

All vendors must be set up, ready for service from 5:15pm and must continue to trade until 9:00pm. No early or late trading allowed. 

Please note bump in for vendors will commence at roughly 2:00pm. 

If you want to get involved as a vendor, please submit your expression of interest to be considered. 

Applications close at 3:00pm on Friday 3  December 2021.

If successful with my application, I agree to apply for a Trading in Public Places permit for the event within one (1) week of being accepted to trade (no cost will apply)*
I acknowledge that all electrical items used in my stall for the event will be test and tagged and in date*
If successful with my submission, I agree to follow all up to date regulations set out in the WA's Plan for Plastics. Stage 1 effective as of 31 December 2021.*
