Business Case for Major Land Transaction - 9-13 Dorrigo Loop
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Port Hedland (Town) proposes to enter a major land transaction.
The Town proposes to acquire the following parcel of land for the purposes of supplying Town staff with suitable housing:
- 9-13 Dorrigo Loop (Lot 3439 DP214018 CLT LR1509/835)
A copy of the business plan may be inspected at the Town of Port Hedland Civic Centre, 13 McGregor Street, Port Hedland and is also available at the Town managed libraries and available here.
Submissions are invited for Council considerations on the proposed transaction. Submissions are to be received by email to council@porthedland.wa.gov.au or post addressed to: I/Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 41, Port Hedland 6721
The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, 29 Janurary 2025.
The Town will consider all submissions made in deciding whether or not to proceed with this major land transaction.
