Parking information
Limited event parking will be available at the Town Oval. Attendees are encouraged to carpool where possible and utilise ride share services, to minimise vehicle congestion during event hours. A drop off/pick up zone will be located inside Town Oval.
Access to the main event parking and drop off/pick up zones is via McGregor Street. Please follow directions from onsite Traffic Controllers.
Overflow parking areas will be available at the following locations:
- Anderson Street Dirt Patch –adjacent to the Boulevard Shopping Centre
- Cemetery Beach Park
- Civic Centre

Shuttle Bus
The Town of Port Hedland will be providing a complimentary shuttle bus service to/from the event, for those attendees utilising the overflow parking. This service will pick up/drop off attendees at the following bus stops for the duration of the event:
- Stop 1 - Anderson St After McGregor (back of Woolworths)
- Stop 2 - Sutherland St Before Stevens St (Cemetery Beach Park)
- Stop 3 - McGregor St Before Crawford St (Civic Centre)
- Event - Town Oval
Please note these buses are not accessible, accessible parking is available at Town Oval as per the Transportation Event Map.
Fireworks Notice
Fireworks are scheduled for 8.00pm – approximately 8.20pm on Saturday 23 July. We advise all pet owners take extra precautions during this time.
