Yikara Park Playground Upgrades
The Town is committed to providing quality amenities for the community to enjoy, and these playground improvements will provide great new equipment.
Works will begin on 29 July and are estimated to finish in late September. The playground will be closed during this time to allow for works.
Please Note: Trees with surface spreading roots are causing the softfall to uplift creating uneven ground and will unfortunately need to be removed to make the playground safe and enjoyable for years to come. The large shade structures will stay in place and trees will be replanted in the area after works have been completed.
