STATEWIDE PUBLIC NOTICE

Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Port Hedland (Town) proposes to enter a Major Land Transaction.

The Town proposes to acquire the following parcel of land for the purposes of supplying Town staff with suitable housing:

• 9-13 Dorrigo Loop (Lot 3439 DP214018 CLT LR1509/835)

A copy of the business plan may be inspected at:

during business hours.

A copy of the business plan is also available at Town libraries and available to download on the Town’s website: www.porthedland.wa.gov.au.

Submissions are invited for Council considerations on the proposed transaction. Submissions are to be received by email to council@porthedland.wa.gov.au or post addressed to:
