STATEWIDE PUBLIC NOTICE

Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Port Hedland (Town) proposes to enter a Major Land Transaction.

The Town proposes to acquire the following parcel of land for the purposes of supplying Town staff with suitable housing:

• 15 Captains Way, South Hedland WA 6722

A copy of the business plan may be inspected during business hours at:

13 McGregor Street

PORT HEDLAND WA 6721

A copy of the business plan is also available at Town libraries and available to download on the Town’s website: www.porthedland.wa.gov.au

Submissions are invited for Council considerations on the proposed transaction.
